Terms of Service

Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using BreadKit (the Android app and breadkit.codefarm.eu), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BreadKit.
The service
BreadKit provides tools for home and enthusiast bakers: recipe planning, bake sessions, starter care, history/feedback, and an optional community catalog. Features may change as we improve the product. The service is provided “as available.”
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use & community guidelines (UGC)
When you publish recipes, comments, ratings, reviews, profiles, or media:
- Be lawful. No illegal content, infringing IP, malware, or fraud.
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or graphic violence.
- Be honest. Do not impersonate others or manipulate ratings.
- Respect privacy. Do not post others’ personal data without permission.
- No spam. No bulk unsolicited promotion or scraping of the catalog.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules or that we believe harm users or the service. Users may report content in-app; staff may moderate reports.
Your content license
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate BreadKit (including sync and, if you publish, catalog distribution). You represent you have the rights to grant this license.
Intellectual property
BreadKit branding, app UI, and non-UGC materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks except as needed to use the app.
Disclaimers
Baking involves heat, time, and food safety judgment. BreadKit is a planning and logging aid — not professional culinary, medical, or safety advice. Use timers and oven equipment responsibly.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of BreadKit.
Termination
You may stop using BreadKit and delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy / in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or to protect the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
